The technical services provided by the company include telephone support and on-site support, which are used to assist the user to solve the equipment fault in time and ensure the reliable and stable operation of the equipment.
1. Telephone support services
A. In the process of maintenance, if the user fails to work normally due to the technical failure caused by the equipment, he can put forward the service requirements to the company by telephone.
B. The maintenance engineer shall form a telephone support group to respond to the user's service requirements in a short time, answer the user's questions, and assist and guide the user to develop solutions.
2. On site support services
A. If the problem cannot be solved properly by telephone support, we will send technicians to the site to assist the user in troubleshooting within 48 hours.
B. For the products within the warranty period, during the warranty period, we will replace the products with faults due to technical problems and quality problems such as raw materials, design and manufacturing process free of charge, and provide replacement services free of charge for major problems that cannot be solved by the buyer, so as to solve various problems existing in the products and repair problems of the products in time.

随着通信技术的迅猛发展,行业之间的竞争越来越激烈,随之而来的是要求供电的质量越来越高,给电源维护人员提出了更高的要求,保证电源供电“零”中断。要达到“零”中断就必须使用UPS,所以UPS在通信行业的供电系统中得到了广泛的应用,要想让UPS长期良好地运行,维护工作至关重要。
如果设备配备合理、维护到位和认真操作,实现电源供电“零”中断也不是难事。
1 UPS在供电系统中的应用
UPS在供电系统中是必不可少的设备,但是它不能保证长时间不断电。UPS的供电时间主要由所配备的蓄电池组容量和性能来决定,通信行业一般情况下按30min配备(过去按15min配备)。但是电力供电系统一旦停电,时间就很长,光靠蓄电池组很难维持长时间供电。UPS供电系统如图1所示。

UPS的输出要想做到长期不间断的供电,它需要外接电源(另路市电或柴油发电机组,以下简称油机)的支撑来完成,如果外接电源配置合理,使UPS输入断电的时间缩短,UPS蓄电池组的容量配备就可以大为减小，既节省了占地空间也降低了成本，更主要的是提高了UPS所带负载供电的可靠性。
一个完整的UPS供电系统大致由以下几部分组成:市电、油机、UPS、蓄电池,缺一不可。如果将市电转油机供电的时间缩短，蓄电池组放电的时间就缩短了，提高了UPS供电的安全性和可靠性。
2 变压器/油机供电系统——设备配备及运行方式
低压配电部分由用户自行配备,一般情况下凡是用UPS的用户,都配备柴油发电机组,一旦市电中断,就由自备的柴油发动机发电来向UPS供电,防止UPS蓄电池组长时间放电而电量不足,造成UPS所带负载供电中断。
为了节省资源以及根据机房的实际情况在油机配备上有多种形式,下面简单介绍一种形式:
